On this page you can read more about my philosophy, values and worldview.
My values are kindness, inclusion, and lifelong learning. I believe in equality for all regardless of gender/identity, sexuality, ethnicity, occupation, religion, and so on. My political views are heavily left-leaning and I see myself as a feminist or egalitarian, whatever you prefer to call it.
All people should be able to live and thrive in their own ways and become the best version of who they are meant to be, from their conditions and life circumstances. All paths look different and we have all different starting points. However, we should be granted the same opportunities or at least have the chance to equal opportunities or opportunities that suit that person. Everybody belongs on this earth.
This is quite generally my own thoughts about the world. I don’t claim it to be the absolute truth, because I don’t believe there can be such a thing that an absolute truth. But this is my truth.
There is no set of rules for what’s expected of a human being in terms of life purpose and contribution. For instance, if a person is not able to work a full-time job, they should not be required to contribute to society more than they can handle. Society is for the individual - not the other way around if they simply cannot live out that.
I’m very rooted in both Stoicism and Buddhism in my philosophy and ways of thinking, although I of course make these philosophical disciplines “my own” and add some more to them because ultimately I think all people add their own versions of thoughts to whatever school of wisdom they believe to be true. All people should accept and develop what they can, but also find peace with what they cannot change. That to me, is how we find inner peace and live a full life, and that is why I’m so interested in these particular philosophies.
If you want to read more about my philosophical takes, please subscribe to my mailing list “Lunic Philosophy”. The newsletter is completely free and comes out monthly (and sometimes twice a month) with philosophical thoughts and theories about self-development and more. You’ll also be notified about ongoing books I’m currently writing on these topics.

I'm working on setting up a newspaper/magazine in PDF format which can be read digitally (online). Check back here later, it's still under construction!
